Step #1: Download and Prepare the Import Spreadsheet.
On the RediRedi website, go to "Products > Add New Product > Import Spreadsheet" and click on "Download the Spreadsheet Template".
How to Fill Out the Spreadsheet
Add 1 product per row:
Each row should represent a single product.
Use the sample entries as a reference.
Fill in the required columns:
Columns marked in yellow are mandatory. Make sure to complete them correctly to ensure a successful upload.
Photo Column (optional):
To include images, enter only the filename (e.g., 5901234123457_photo1.jpg).
Alternatively, you can use a direct URL if the image is hosted on a web server.
Tip: Name your photos using the product's SKU or barcode for easy identification (more details in Step #3). Use only one of the options per product (.zip or URL)
Save the spreadsheet in its original format (.xlsx) to avoid upload errors.
Important Rules:
SKU: If left blank, the system will automatically generate a SKU. Each product must have a unique SKU.
Stock: his field is mandatory. If left blank, the system will register the stock as "0", meaning the product will not be visible in the catalog.
Minimum Stock: If not specified, the default value will be = 1.
Character Limits: Respect the character limits for each column; otherwise, the system will automatically ignore the excess content.
Step #2: Upload the Spreadsheet
Once the spreadsheet is completed and saved, follow these steps on RediRedi:
Access the section "Products > Add New Product > Import Spreadsheet".
Click on "Upload Spreadsheet".
Select the file and upload it for RediRedi to process.
About Photos in the Spreadsheet
You can:
Enter the filename (e.g., 5901234123457_photo1.jpg) if you plan to upload the images in a .zip file (see Step #3).
Or enter the direct image URL if the photo is hosted on a web server. Example:(https://yoursite.com/photo1.jpg)
Remember: If using URLs, there is no need to upload a .zip file.
Step #3: Upload the Image File (Optional)
This step is only necessary if the images are not hosted on a web server and you have entered filenames in the spreadsheet.
Organizing the Photos:
Store all product images in a single folder on your computer.
Name each file with a unique identifier, such as the SKU or product barcode.
Example : 5901234123457_photo1.png.
Compress the folder:
Compress the folder in .zip format (right-click the folder and select "Compress" or "Send to > Compressed Folder").
Upload the file:
Attach the .zip file along with the spreadsheet when sending to Redi, our AI to process the data.
Atenção
Ensure that the filename in the spreadsheet matches exactly with the filename in the .zip file.
If the images are already hosted on a web server, simply include the direct links in the spreadsheet; no need to upload a .zip file.
Final Tips
Review the spreadsheet before submitting to prevent errors.
